Yes, Fast Language is mobile responsive and can be used on a mobile device. However, there is no mobile app for it currently.

You must be proficient in English. At an early stage, international English teaching qualifications are preferred but not required. However, be prepared for these qualifications as we are to require this from 2023.

Both Student and Teacher can enter the class at any time, however, the class will only be started when the Teacher activates the class. Teacher and Student are advised to access the platform at least 5 mins before the class time to avoid any unexpected technical issues.  

Teacher will receive 80% of the tuition fee payable by the Student, the remaining 20% is the platform service fee collected to ensure the daily operation and necessary marketing experiences to acquire students. Besides, if you are to receive tuition from outside of Vietnam, you may be charged some amount by e-payment service providers, not by Fast Language. 

Payment requests (your income) will be processed once a month upon receiving your withdrawal request by ending month; overseas payment may take 3 to 5 working days, meaning you should receive within the first week of the month.

The withdrawal request can be edited or canceled only If the request has yet been processed by Fast Language.

You can’t, but if you wish to do so as a gift for your student, please contact us by email, we support such activity on a case by case basis.

We have a dedicated Chat box to facilitate communication between Teacher and Student: After registering to the platform, find the Dashboard on your top right, then find the Messaging on your left. 

It’s advisable to explore student’s need as a fundamental step in providing the best services to students.

We would suggest you improve your profile information on the platform. From our end, Fast Language will do marketing campaigns to generate more inquiries for our Teachers.

You can send a withdrawal request when the accumulated amount reaches VND 600,000 ~ US$ 25. There is no expiry date with the tuition fee you have earned.

Integrity, Enthusiasm and Professionalism

If Teacher does not attend the class as scheduled, you are required to compensate the Student with another rescheduled class.

Teacher is required to attend the class on time, otherwise, Student can place a dispute request and your earnings could be deducted from 50% to 100%.

If you are conducting the class with our platform, this unlikely happens since all classes are pre-paid. Kindly bear in mind that Fast Language accepts no responsibility for any class organized outside of the platform provided.

Please inform your Student before doing so. By default, our classes are within a scientific duration of 30 mins to 45 mins only.

It is advisable to perform a study on rates offered by your peers to price reasonably.

The payment will be sent to your local bank account. Please update your bank account in the "Payments" section

• For trial classes: to be paid at the end of each marketing campaign, oftentimes, each campaign lasts less than one month. Please note that trial classes are paid separately from ordinary classes. 
• For 10-class package: to be paid after completion of the 10th class but no earlier than the ending date of each calendar month.
• For packages consisting of more than 10 classes: to be paid whenever the withdrawal amount is greater than VND 600,000 (six hundred thousand Vietnamese Dong) but no earlier than the ending date of each calendar month. Please note that we will retain an amount of VND 300,000 (three hundred thousand Vietnamese Dong) which will only be fully refunded at the completion date of the whole package; this amount is however non-refundable and serves as compensation to the Students in the event that the Teachers are absent without 24-hour prior notice to the Students and Admin.

The classes are conducted on Microsoft Teams, it could be either desktop Teams or web-based Teams.

• If you have already installed MS Teams on your computer, you are all set, you can’t miss the classes.

• If you have not yet installed MS Teams, just simply click ‘Teams on browser’, no installation is required.

Our recommendation: 

• The interface of MS Teams desktop is more compact than that in the browser.

• MS Teams works best on Microsoft Edge, or Google Chrome.

For ordinary classes, the earnings will be shown on your portal right after 2 hours from the time you end the class on the condition that your Students don’t place a ‘Report issue’.

For trial class, it will not be shown, however, you will receive it at the end of the campaign. You have a historical record on your ‘Lessons’ tab to serve reconciliation if needed.

Scientifically, for a more interactive, effective teaching and learning session, turning on your camera is recommended. 

Yes, we will. However, due to intellectual property issues, you are in view-only mode, download right is granted to neither Teachers nor Students.

We treat this matter seriously; if the Student provides us with proper evidence about this incident, 100% Teacher’s earnings from the platform will not be refunded but will be transferred to the Student as an honor to the whistleblower.

Being professional Teachers, you are expected to prioritize the scheduled class over out-of-plan personal things. However, in certain cases e.g. weddings, graduation, funeral, etc.; please feel free to drop your Students and Admin a 24-hour prior notice. Notwithstanding, days off in such cases should be limited no more than 2 days/month.
