Can the teachers and students check the scheduled lessons as per their time zones?

Yes, teachers and students can see the scheduled lessons as per their time zones, simplifying the problem for teachers and students located in different time zones. They can go to "Settings" and select their "Time Zone".

Can a teacher reschedule a lesson if he/she misses it?

Yes, a teacher can reschedule a lesson if it is missed. To reschedule a lesson:

Sign in to the account. Go to "Lessons".

The missed lesson will be listed under the "Lessons".

Click on the "Reschedule Lesson" icon of the missed lesson.

A pop-up box will open. Mention a comment for rescheduling the lesson for the student and click "Send".


How can teachers enhance their profiles and make it outstanding?

Teachers can include the YouTube link of their introduction video to make it more attractive. They can also include relevant information about themselves like biography, skills, experience, and languages which also helps in making their profile outstanding.


How can students schedule a lesson?

Students go to the "Find A Teacher" page, students can select "Book Now" under each picture of any teacher, fill in the information as required, then the support staff will rely on your needs and find the right teacher to arrange and respond back to you, schedule lessons with the cost of those lessons.

How do new students get started?

To get started on the platform, students are required to register with their email account and verify it by clicking the link sent on their email address.

After the verification, students can log in and set up their profile like picture, phone number, country, timezone, etc.

Students can then search for the teachers as per their requirements by entering the subject/course name.

After shortlisting the teachers, if students want to have a trial lesson with a certain teacher, they can fill out the following form: https://forms.gle/kYs7o5UWgqUvfcDj6

Then, support staff will rely on this form to select, arrange and respond to students.

Currently, to participate in the trial lesson, students will pay a fee of 50,000 VND to the student's wallet on Fast Language. This amount will not be refunded but will be transferred directly to your Fast Language wallet when you officially enroll.

For example: If you load 100,000 VND into your wallet, the amount recorded on the student account will be 150,000 VND

What are the trial lessons? How can students schedule trial lessons?

Trial sessions are the initial meetings between the teachers and students as a way of exchanging introductions. Teachers give a brief teaching demonstration so that both of them can decide whether working together is a good fit.

Trial sessions last for 30 minutes and are free of cost. Currently, to participate in the trial lesson, students will pay a fee of 50,000 VND to the student's wallet on Fast Language. This amount will not be refunded but will be transferred directly to your Fast Language wallet when you officially enroll.

For example: If you load into your wallet 100,000 VND, the amount recorded on the student account will be 148,000 VND
 
How to register a trial lesson?

Step 1: Students fill out this form
Step 2: Support staff check with teachers
Step 3: The support staff confirms with the students about the teacher who will study and informs the instructions to pay the fee of 48,000 VND
Step 4: Staff will assist in scheduling and sending class information to students


Fast Language Credits & Processing Fee

These fees if any may be applied by your banks, there is no Credit & Processing Fee charged by Fast Language.

How do I get a receipt or invoice?

We provide Student with a history of payment and learning journey which can be accessed as follows:

Registration to the platform > Dashboard > History > Orders, Wallet

In case you need a VAT invoice, please send an email to us, we normally respond within 24 hours.

How to report a lesson problem?

You can either select ‘Report issue’, or send email to us, or call us in business hours 9am to 6pm VNT.

If you encounter issues that need to be reported to us, you can either select ‘Report issue’, or send email to us, or call us in business hours 9am to 6pm VNT.

What should I do if my teacher did not show up for the lesson?

These could be explained by common unexpected incidents i.e. internet, electricity interruption, health issues, family issues, etc. When this issue happened, Student can reschedule the class free of charge. Just in case this is a continuing issue, please contact us at the earliest, we usually respond within 24 hours.

Can I cancel or edit a “lesson problem” request?

Yes, you can. If you wish to cancel or edit a "lesson problem” request, kindly do it at your earliest.

Periodic assessment

- Periodic assessment of improvement in English ability of Students is conducted on a quarterly basis.
- Minimum learning period considered for quarterly assessment is 60 calendar days.
